Jumping over movie

I am using IfoEdit on Mona Lisa Smile. When I click on Play Movie while in DVD Play, it starts to play movie, then looks like it jumps into VMG and plays Vobs that come after the movie. If I go to Chapter Select and choose any chapter, it plays fine. The first time I did that, I had to start in chapter 2, but after that I have been able to start in chapter 1. I have not made any changes yet. This is right from the Decrypted file and it plays the same way in KMG. How do I find and fix the problem.

What happens when you play it in a regular DVD player, one such as PowerDVD? IFOEdit hasn't been updated in many years. Most of its functions have long ago been replaced by PGCEdit.

You say you haven't made any changes yet using IFOEdit? If it still plays funky in a regular DVD player, it may be a decrypting problem and you should maybe start over and decrypt it using RipIt4Me or DVDFab HD Decrypter.

Without knowing exactly where the problem lies ? If the issue is ripping then it could jump anywhere.

Better to either run it rhough FixVTS and test playback again, or re-rip it with DVDFab HD decrypter and test.
