    hey, I have a few movies that have 20 fps. This is an odd format. I have not been able to convert these avi. files to mepeg because all the converters I have used say that they dont recognize the file. How do I convert my 20.0 fps movies into 23.00 fps or 29.97 fps?

    The only way I know of getting a 20fps movie is if you use DVD2AVI for a PAL movie but instead select FORCE FILM.

    This gives you a 20fps D2V file which is WRONG.
