If you mean DVD ROM (or DVD reader) then you're going to have a problem getting anything from a DVD to your system (although looking at your profile it appears that you don't even have a computer on your pc.

All you'd need is a DVD Recorder with internal Hard Drive, no ?

Possibly an XBOX with a Hard Drive mod ?

I know it makes the joke less funny, but I reckon you could do it without a computer if you really tried !
    If in doubt, Google it.

  11. I personally don't know what is with all of the sarcasm for newbies. After all, we were *ALL* newbies once.

However, that having been said, I simply won't respond to idiotic questions In any event, if something is important enough to you to come on to a public forum and ask a question about it, then I figure you should have the smarts to do a search....

    shrug.

Good call. I guess there are certain things that people assume are/should be common knowledge.

That said, we WERE all newbies once...but I for one was "smart" enough to do some research before embarassing myself on a world stage.
    If in doubt, Google it.

I completely agree with those statements
when I first got into this feild i spent 1 1/2 year
reading forums and assorted websites before posting almost anything.
before asking any question, this pops up

Before you post please observe our following tips and rules
    # Please try to do some basic research before posting. Most fundamental questions are answered on the How To's on this site.
    # Using the Forum search feature can yield rich rewards as most questions have already been previously answered.

if someone can't even follow these directions, how do they expect to gain anything from an answer to their posts
drink up....the world's about to end
