What's up there dudes !!!

I have a problem with my dvd I formated my drive C and I started to install everything. When I try to install my dvd something weird happens.I put the CD inside it start automaticlly. I choose english and the I get a message"Card is not detected or driver is not loaded> Please ensure that the card andits drivers are properly installed before running this setup".I have no clue which card is not installed. Please help me out guys.My dvd is PC-DVD Creative 12X .THX
