I am using free make video converter. to me it has been the only one to actually work and has been simple. I can upload videos to youtube with no problem. my only problem is that when I post the link in the burn section from youtube and I have had a few burn but mostly all burning errors. I am using maxell dvd-r because in my past burning videos from my files it worked perfect (unlike dvd+r where it doesn even write) what do you guys think seems to be the problem about burnining dvd and youtube videos.

VCD/SVCD authoring? No moving you.

Try something else!!! Like dvd flick or avstodvd. Or just burn the dvd-video with imgburn.
