the movie is too bright how can i fix this?

and how can i fix the movie so the fast action would look

Its very very easy to fix brightness problemes. While encoding in TMPGEnc goto the advanced settings tab, and check basic colour correction, double click on it, and you will see a bunch of settings, one of which is brightness. Fixing fast action scenes is hard to say the least, hopefully soon i will have out a template which focuses on reducing block noise while encoding.
