I downloaded the program and will give it a try tonight. Anyone here had a chance to use this program yet?

Very Nero-like interface and "feel". I burned one disk and it played on 4 of the 5 DVD players in my house. Would not play on my Toshiba but played on Sampo,Daewoo,Norcent, and Koss. Burns DVD in data mode so compatability on "name brand" players could be a problem.

  3. OK I tried out this software and it has some serious problems on my system. First it took 40 minutes to burn a 3.9GB file using 4X media. Now if that wasn't bad enough the burned disc is not even recognized at all on my Sony 400 disc changer that up until now has played anything I put in it. So off my hard drive it goes.

If you want a FREEWARE DVD burning app just use DVD Decrypter along with the classic version of ImgTools if you need an ISO IMAGE file.

At least this is the way to go with VIDEO. I never made a DATA only DVD so I'm clueless in that department.

  5. Actually I use RecordNow Max and was only interested to see if the free program really worked. Also I just un-installed the program and as I always do when installing a new program I checked any new cookies on my computer. Be aware that this program installs spyware (gator), you get what you pay for.
