    HI. I'm looking for some open source or free ware software which can generate DVD from mpeg2 files (whitout re encoding them. It does not have to include burning abilities - creating vob file which i can burn with another software will be fine. Does such software exists?

    If the mpeg2 meet the DVD specifications, it wont have be reencoded. If it however doesn't, it has to be reencoded before being authored as Video DVD. See What Is DVD top left.
