    Can someone recommend a quality demuxing tool for a re-author in DVDMaestro.

    I had a quick go with Vobedit but I got all sorts of warnings about pins and missing codecs.

    Will there be lip sync issues?

    You can demux directly when you rip also, with smartripper and dvd decrypter.
