    I have a Sony DRU-510A and sometimes when I copya disc the disc pauses at certain places throughout the movie, and I must fast forward beyound that point to continue watching. I use DVD Decrypter and DVD2ONE and Nero to copy the DVDs. I thought it was the media but I swicth to memorx and it still happens. I have also updated the firmware. Any1 know what could be wrong?

    If it's always in the same place, suspect your backup procedure.

    However, I'd say it's still the media - Memorex don't make their own, so you've probably bought the same stuff twice !

    Get hold of a copy of DVDInfo and see who really made your blanks, then REALLY try a different manufacturer and see what happens.
