Hi folks,
I am only able to burn about an hour worth of mpeg files I have to DVD. What am I doing wrong. I was under the impression that 4.3 GIG DVDR would be able to hold close to twice, 155 min.
If you need more details to help me out let me know.
Thanks.

It all comes down to bitrate. You can put more video on the DVD by using a reencoder, or transcoder to reduce the bitrate, and therefore reducing the amount of memory required to hold each second/minute/hour of video. At max bitrate (9000 or so) you can only fit about an hour, depending on the audio format. Tmpgenc is an encoder you could try, DVD Shrink is a transcoder that you could try.
