K, can anyone help?

Okay, here's what I have so far. I've already done searches for the past few weeks already.

I got a used Media 100 on eBay that won't capture color correctly. You see horizontal pulsing lines of red-ish and blue-ish and whatever but you can still see the picture fine. If you filter the captured footage with B&W or Sephia, it looks fine.

I tested the capturing cables on a different Media 100, and it works perfect, so it's not the cables. I bought a AVT-8710 to see if it was a TBC issue, nope. The TBC color bars even comes up in B&W. I already adjusted the hardware settings and the input settings inside Media 100, no go there too.

The device inputs I tried capturing from was a Sharp VC-A410 VCR, and an APEX AD-1000 DVD player with region and macrovision removed.

So I know it's not a TBC issue, so would I need a color corrector or would I need to see if my Media 100 hardware is defective? Help? Please?
