  1. I need to convert my flash presentation file to VCD. So I export the movie from Flash to Avi. Then using the TMPGEnc to convert it to MPEG file. After conversion, I can view this MPEG on my PC. So I used my Sony CD Burner software to convert it to VCD. When I put the CD in my VCD player, it cannot be played at all. Please help.

  3. Thanks KuskenLars. But I've just tried to burn it at 4X speed and it still won't help. The VCD just cannot detect or play the CD at all.

  4. Are You sure it can read CD-R's? Try on a CDRW.

  5. I don't think CDRW should be the solution as CDR is able to do it.

  7. What DVD player do you have? And the reason for suggesting a CDRW is that there are a number of DVD players that don't read CDR, but do read CDRW.

  8. Mine is a Samsung VCD player not a DVD player. If I used the PC MSI DVD player, no problem. I've tried others CDR, it can played on my VCD player too.

Try a different encoder... flash mpeg or something. Then use nero's vcd option. It tells you if a vcd will be compliant when you burn it. If you try to import a file that's not compatible... it stops you.
