  1. I am using Tmpgenc to try and convert downloaded AVI Divx to NTSC format DVD output. Here is my Quandry..
    1. In the wizard, Do I set the output to be the same as the source file?
I am not sure what the source files aspect ratio is I have, how do I tell?for example 1 file I have reads that it is 640X360 at 23.977 fps....is that 16:9?
    2. In the expert settings for source, am I suppose to change anything such as aspect ratio (always says VGA 1:1)and field order..etc.? or does tmpgenc set this automatically?...again how do I know what the source is?
    3. Finally in the advanced settings it asks for aspect ratio again, but is it 16:9 ntsc or 16:9 Display...what is the difference. Also what video arrange method do I need to use?
I know these are alot of questions, I have searched around for help but am finding different conflicting answers and it is confusing me more. I hope someone can enlighten me...
    I would certainly appreciate it.
    thanks
