DOES ANYBODY HAVE AVS FILE ENCODER?
IT WAS SOMEWHERE ON THIS FORUM, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT.

Please don't use caps.
AVS is the ext for AVISynth files. AVISynth is a framesering program (well dll) you can find it under the "Tools" section to the left.

TMPGEnc and CCE encode Avi or MPEG-2 sources frameserved with Avisynth.
