Hello. I was using VirtualDubMPEG2 to take my MPEG2 files and compress them with the XVID codec. That worked out well, but some of my files were too large. I have this other program called AVS Media Encoder which is pretty much just a built in compressor. I used it on my files to convert them and compress them to .mp4 and it worked out well since the files reduced by another 1/2 size. Now, however, when I try to use VirtualDub again on normal MPEG2 files I have from my Hauppuage PVR 250, this error comes up which never came up before:
An integer division by zero occurred in module 'xvidcore'...
...while compressing frame 1 from 0125ac88 to 0f030048 using codec "XviD MPEG-4 Codec" (VideoSequenceCompressor.cpp:618)...
...while running thread "Processing" (thread.cpp:150).
Also, now in my compression selection, it lists Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V1, V2, and V3 which was not there before. I tried a few more times and I am guessing that the AVS Media Encoder messed something up on my computer. Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on? Thanks!
