  1. hello,

I've created homemovies in Ulead Moviefactory2, Disks work in most players fine, but some friends say they don't work in their players but I know that their players play dvd-r's ok because proper movies work ok.

I burn the files for both proper & Moviefactory in the same way withNero, so I don't think it's the way the files were burnt

is it a bug with Moviefactory? Has anyone else had the same problem?

From all i've heard , I'd suspect Nero.

Do you burn ISOs or file sets ?

  3. I get MovieFactory to create the VOB files etc, then burn them as a DVD Video in nero. But like I say, I burn VOB files from proper movies this way too. but the moviefactory one's don't play in the same player but the proper movie disks play fine!

Would burning the disk as a ISO be better than burning it as a DVD video in nero? The only reson I burn as a DVDVideo is ISO format doesn't play in my Panasonic.

  4. have you tried using moviefactories burning feature. Does that work? Might be something special about MF2 and nero.
