Removing text in the movies

Hi,
How can I remove the text (channel name) in the movie? I downloaded some movies but they have the text read the channel names. Can the text (channel name) be removed before burning the movies?

once there its says that you can use either Virtualdub with the logoaway filter or the delogo filter

but the delogo filter page wasen't there any more (The page cannot be displayed)

i haven't been able to download the filter...

any ideas?
