    when i open 1 mpg files it display "Mpeq import filter : packet synz error on packet stream" error and i can't delete the bad frame at the back, is there any solution.

    Is it an Mpeg1 file, or Mpeg2? If it's mpeg2 vdub won't open it no matter what you try. If it's mpeg1... try reencoding it or cutting off the very end using the mpeg tools under the file menu in TMPGEnc. It has a nice little splitter/joiner on the right tab.
