    After making a svcd of a subtitled movie. When watchin on tv, my subtitles get cut off on the sides. Can I adjust the video before I convert and how would I do it with TMPGec Plus?

    That very much depends on how you add the subtitles to the SVCD to begin with...

    Easiest is to change the subtitle settings with your subtitle filter/tool. (If it is selectable subs then)

    Or add black border with tmpgenc, choose settings->advanced->custom size.
