I wanna make subtitles using subtitle workshop.How do I change the outline colour so that it it's outline is blue and the inside is whiteAnd how do I make the subtitles on different positions?Example,I wanna have subtitles on top of the screen and also somewhere in the middle of the screen???how to do that?
And how do I hardsub instead of just saving it as softsub without losing any video quality loss??
If subtitle workshop cant do these,what freeware can??

Not possible. Hardsub just means reencoding the video with the subtitles as part of the 'normal' video images. I would never do it, as there is no way back. What is the final destination of the video? DVD or something else (divx, mov...)GUI for dvdauthor:
