Does anyone know of a free program that I can use to extract still images from VOB's or MPEG's. I want to use extracted stills from my movies to create covers for my holders, and labels for my DVD's.
Theres another good question; does anyone know if the glue from the cd labels will ruin the coating on a DVDR over time?
thanks

Q1 Most computer DVD player software has a screen capture utility built in. Try downloading the trial version of WinDVD or PowerDVD. Each should do what you want.
Q2 Adhesive Labels on DVD's are a bad idea, out of balance from the label and heat generated in DVD players will cause the labeled DVD to fail to play. Use a Sharpie or get a printer that will print on printable DVD's.
