    Does anybody know to convert xbox compliant dat files to mpeg (for reencoding) and back to dat. I am talking about the movies in Enter the Matrix (xbox version), I just wat to shrink them. Thanks.

    try vcdgear or vcdeasy's tools section
    Ejoc's CVD Page:
    DVDDecrypter -> DVD2AVI -> Vobsub -> AVISynth -> TMPGEnc -> VCDEasy

    DVD:
    DVDShrink -> RecordNow DX

    Capture:
    VirualDub -> AVISynth -> QuEnc -> ffmpeggui -> TMPGEnc DVD Author
