PAL >NTSC Ac3 spuddering soundz..help fix please

ive been doing transcoding recently and wasted alot of time in errors (19 hours each time) but finally pulled a transcode correctly [using dvdavi,avisynth,tmpgenc,Maestro,besweet[gui]/ac3maching...whewww...breath...ok]
well the 5.1 coversion is the last hitch i have to figure in the painstaking process...I basically followed what you instructed in a previous thread and used the 5.1 option [track 1] option in dvdavi, and ac3 conversion in Besweet gui...and there was a spuddering sound trought the film especially during parts with any louder sounds[explosions screams...ect]
I attempted using Ac3 machine but sadly got the same results...how to i fix this problem [ the original pal didnt have the problem]...
Any help IS DEFINATELY APPRECIATED
secondly i also have ia PAl file that already has the spuddering can it be corrected?
I have a program called AC# fix but when i click it a dos window pops up and immediately shut s down...and thats it....help

Is there some special reason you didn't do it in 4 steps:

1. Rip/Demux
2. BeSweet the Audio
3. Re-encode the video with TMPGEnc or MainConcept
4. Remux/Burn

Use the latest BETA of BeSweet, not the released version.
