someone plz help with the updates on svcd2dvd?

right peeps, ive been using svcd2dvd for a while now but the other day i tried running svcd2dvd and i got some error messages whilst it was trying to update. i thought i'd sorted this prob untill just now!! ive uninstalled and reinstalled(started fromt fresh) and its now going to auto updates and coming up with an error


i need ur help


(edit: If you are using spaces in the image filename you must replace them with %20 or it wont work / Baldrick)

Are you using SVCD2DVD (putting svcd/vcd on dvd) or DVD2SVCD (rip dvd to svcd)?

If you use SVCD2DVD then maybe Chrissyboy can help you.
If you use DVD2SVCD then try another forum cause this one is about DVD2SVCD.

the prob isnt the converting by the way. its the program will not load at all. it gets about asfar as autoupdate
then crashes with an error

and yes its svcd2dvd

IM HAVING THE EXACT SAME PROBLEMS AS U. FOR SOME REASON THE PROGRAM CRASHES WHEN ITS TRYING TO AUTO UPDATE!!! IVE DELETED SVCD2DVD AND REINSTALLED THE SVCD2DVD+ AND NOW FOR SOME REASON WHEN CONVERTING TO DVD, IT CONVERTS THE MPEGS TO DVD MPEGS THEN WHEN IT STARTS TO CREATE VOBS, ITS SAYS ITS COMPLETE WITHIN SECONDS AND THERES NO VOBS NO NOTHING?? WHATS GOING ON ERE PEEPS I NEED UR HELP ASWELL

Do you know all caps text means that you're yelling. And people that yell might not get an anwser.

The first post i answered (which is edited now) was about DVD2SVCD so i needed to check if he was talking about that or about the program we talk about here SVCD2DVD. That is what i asked.

If you use SVCD2DVD then maybe Chrissyboy can help you.
If you use DVD2SVCD then try another forum cause this one is about DVD2SVCD.

I've updated my version of SVCD2DVD and it runs fine. Maybe you guys need to post some information about the OS you're using and the version of files of SVCD2DVD so Chrissyboy can help you

I updated the autoupdate dll. There may be teething issues for some users. Delete the offending file (bbdmux.exe in this case) and try again.

tried that and all it does is, when i try and start svcd2dvd it starts trying to install svcd2dvd????? this is doing my head in
