ok, I have some music videos that a mpgs. I want to be able to use them on my vcd player. I downloaded TMPGnc, divx codec, and TNG. I tried doing several things but nothing worked, probably because I'm not familiar with this type of thing. What is the process? How do I it?
Thanks

Burn a mpg: http://www.vcdhelp.com/burnmpg.htm
Reencode a mpg: http://www.vcdhelp.com/convert.htm
Detailed questions: post again -
If your videos are MPGs that might be good as is. You need to find out the files:
resolution
bitrate
MPEG1 or MPEG2
audio bitrate and encode method (this should be ok)
Most likley they are MPEG1 encoded files at some 'odd non resolution' but might still be ok to brun as xVCDs.
