Error using DVD2SVCD and CCE

I am using this guide :

to try and convert an avi(xvid, 25fps) to svcd.

I am using the DVD2SVCD software bundle and CCE 2.6(something).

However I get the following error when I endcode:

Executing Cinema Craft Encoder.
Error cannot find CCE project file.

Anybody got any ideas what is causing it?

in dvd2svcd, do you have CCE set up correctly in the encoder tab? I believe that there have been some issues with v2.6. You might want to contact Cinemacraft directly and ask if you can swap out 2.6 for 2.5. Another thing you may want to look at is resampling audio.

you should have no problem with any version of cce if you have a legal copy of cce -

demo and trial and warez version can't make project files without additional software .. 2,5 was the last "trial version" that could ..

contact cce and ask for a new copy (its different than the one you download as trial) after sending them your key .. Visible Light will also handle this for you , I can forward your request if you wish as I know them quite well..
