i dont know of any that will do a design for you.i'm looking for that myself.
there are nfo makers that can help you,like NFOCreator. -

Why bother! Just put the relevant information into a text file and save all the artwork for something else. Oh wait.... That wouldn't be haxors kewl to just use a text file.

The motion ascii format is not as effeciant as you might think (not as effeciant as I though). But it handles very well with .zip compression. The longer the movie, the better the compression in fact. Can you say 85%compressed? But for the quality you get, is it really worth it? I mean, the max res I have done is 120x36. Eh, its nothing more than an effect.
Does anyone know how to animate the text it with Java btw? Because I could use that method to make a program that would play the .txt .
