HI,
I want to make clips from movies I download. To be precise, I would like to cut particular portion of a film and make an independent file that I can upload to a site like Youtube for example. Also, I would like to reduce the size of the derived file without loosing audio quality.
Could you please suggest me an easy-to-use tool to do this?
Thanks for the reply.

AVI Demux handles a range of formats and is free. Virtualdub can also work with quite a few formats if you have the right plugins installed for loading them.
