  1. Can someone help me out, Everytime I burn .cue files under "Burn Image" in NEro, it comes out choppy. It skips the sound and the picture.

    ...or the mpeg has a high bit rate your player has problems with. Even if a player is SVCD capable, many seem to not implement full SVCD standards.

    look for vcdgear
    or go to www.vcdgear.com

    try and find the new version if its out they all work

    Is it choppy on your computer also? You have the signs of a non-SVCD compatable DVD Player. I'll bet it can play audio CD's just fine? Some need a total bitrate under 2250, that's where the chop comes in.
