Can someone help me out, Everytime I burn .cue files under "Burn Image" in NEro, it comes out choppy. It skips the sound and the picture.

Try burning at a lower speed.

...or the mpeg has a high bit rate your player has problems with. Even if a player is SVCD capable, many seem to not implement full SVCD standards.

Is it choppy on your computer also? You have the signs of a non-SVCD compatable DVD Player. I'll bet it can play audio CD's just fine? Some need a total bitrate under 2250, that's where the chop comes in.
