I am having the same problem that Suicide Taxi had with his DVDs audio sounding like 'chipmunks' on certain DVD players. I am having essentially the same problem.
I am using Adobe Premiere 6.5 and the MainConcept encoder v 1.3(b). Everything seems to go smothly. I then import the .m2v file(s) and .wav file(s) into DVD-Lab v1.2.2 to add menus and make chapter breaks. After a successful compile, I then write the files to disc usig Nero 5.5.10.42 to burn the DVD.
My disc will play fine on a Sony, Panasonic, Emerson, Apex, and a couple of other brnad players, but on Philips and Magnavox, some of the menus are messed up and the audio sounds like the Chipmunks. I have tried everything I can think of and at witts end!
Please give me any suggestions!
TIA,
Mike
