    Which should be used when using LAME's VBR? Joint-Stereo or just plain Stereo? In some movies one of these settings can create a flanging or swishing effect but I can't remember which sound setting does this. Anyone know which I should use to still have good soulnd but without that flanging/swishing sound to a movie?

    LAME encoder is optimized for J-Stereo,use alt-preset VBR and LAME 3.92 for best quality.Allways use Stereo for MP2.
