    I have an avi file and the video is fine but the audio doesn't get pulled at all. I have tried downloading a new version of TMPGenc, also tried using toolame and virtual dub and still nothing. Any help?

    It's probably an ac3 audio. Load it into avi codec or gspot and let us know what it says about the audio.
