The files belong to Netscape's Java Plug-in. I use this for the Netscape browser only. It is best to leave as is otherwise the Netscape settings will be affected and won’t load. You need to reinstall the browser again to correct it.

If you don't use Netscape and its Java plug-in then you can remove it provided that Netscape is uninstalled and the Java not in use for Internet Explorer.

If you don't want the java installed for Netscape or Internet Explorer you have use the Control Panel's removal of programs and you must re-install the Netscape again if you want the broswer without the java plug-in.

The Java plug-in is best for Netscape only and wouldn’t advise using it in Internet Explorer. You don’t really need it using IE6.
