TDK 2x and Pioneer A06/106 Burner - any problems

Hi all,

I'm just about to splurge on a spindle of 100 TDK 2x but I haven't tested it with my A06/106 Burner. I'm relying on all the positive things that have been said about TDK media. So just before I place the order, is there anyone out there who's had problems with TDK media with the Pioneer A06/106?

My AO4 burns it to the edge

No coasters so far.

Should work fine for you.

Ive had the same luck as the poster above me. 25 pack...1 coaster (user error, not TDK's fault at all) 24 DVD-R's burnt to the brim and played in every player I tested them in. 2 20 packs, I finished one, not one coaster, halfway done on the 2nd pack and sure enough not a coaster. BTW, first pack (25) was made in Japan, last 2 20's, made in Taiwan. Despite the location change, they appear to be of identical quality, great discs.

Oh and a few additions...Im using an AO4/104 but I'd expect a 106 to write these discs just fine. The only media I hear that is kind of iffy with these Pioneer burners are the low-cost discs like Princo, and occasionally Ritek.
