  1. Hello,

so i have a 3.1 gig dvd (unencripted movie) that i put in my combo drive. Then i open Toast and drag the movie DVD to Toast and select burn. I get a error message (after a spinning ball for about 20 sec) that says not enough memory code -108

When i drag the contents (a AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folder) from the DVD movie disc to my desktop (and wait for about 10 min for it to copy over) then drag those folders to Toast it burns fine,.,.,,,....

    is this normal?

    thanks!

yea, you are doing that wrong.

    1. if you have two drives ie combo and super do this
    A. put your dvd into the combo drive.
    b. let it mount and open dvd player.
    c. quick dvd player
    d. insert blank dvd into your superdrive, then open Toast
    e. in Toast go to COPY!
    f. set the read from drive to be your combo drive
    g. in the menu of Toast, set your recorder info to your superdrive
    h. burn.

this essentially reads off the combo drive and burns it to your superdrive.

the way you described the 1st part sounds way wierd, cause that impossible to do really!

of coarse the 2nd way works, thats how you do it if you only have 1 burner.

  5. ok stupid question time:

When i want to burn a audio CD i just select "audio" in Toast, then drag the disc i want to copy from my desktop into the Toast window --- same as my first problem style with the DVD... But this method works for audioCD but not a unencripted DVD...... WHY?

    thanks!
