Playstation 2?

Anyone know of a way to burn a CD (VCD,SVCD,Ect...) to play on the PS2?

Do a search before asking these types of questions. This question gets asked once a week. There is currently no way possible to play vcd or svcd on the PS2. There are tools called ps2vcd which convert avi files to pss which will play on your PS2. The quality sucks and so does the compression. Your better off buying a cheap dvd player or waiting until a mod comes out that allows (s)vcd playback on the PS2.
