    Recenly formated my pc, backed up some avi.movie files and now trying to convert them into mpeg. While using Tmpeg(beta 12i) or Winmeg and Nero (55.10.42) I get a "Unsupported File Format" error. I have checked these files and even new movie files with Gspot and VideoFixer but no change. These movies work on a player but I can't change them to mpeg and toward VCD format? I have tried installing codec for xvid,dvix,ect.... but still the errors.
    Can anyone help??? Thanks

    Send a message via AIM to ching0
    options->environmental settings->vfapi plugin
    right click on directshow multimedia file reader and make it 3, or at least higher.
