    I have an Xvid movie with like 50 bad frames al together
    I want to know what i can cut them out with
    I have used Vdub to cut the out but after i cut it out the audio lags
    Is there anything i can use to just cut that piece out nice and smooth?

    use vdubmp3. read the guide on how to remove bad frames. both are in the section to the left of this page.
