    does anyone know what causes stream writing error in tmpgenc, i tried merging 6 mpg files but the program says STREAM WRITING ERROR, is there a way for me to merge these files because i already merge them before but there are some video gap so i decided to repeat the process.

    Did you check your hard drive for enough space for the file?, have you checked it for errors?

    A Full drive is the only time I have seen stream writing errors from tmpgenc.

    Had the same problem today, it was a result of the folder I was trying to write to being read-only

    Make sure you set the permissions correctly on your folder!
