  1. For some reason, tmpgenc won't open up a mpeg2 file that it just encoded. It used to. Keeps giving me can not open or not supported. Any idea's? Mpeg works fine though. I use the standard svcd template, changing nothing.

  2. Well now I can't open a .d2v file from dvd2avi. Getting same error. Have the vfapi plugin.

  3. I'M HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.I CAPTURED WITH DAZZLE 2,10000
    KBS AND TMPEG WON'T OPEN IT.IT WON'T OPEN ANY MPEG2 FILES.ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEAS?

  4. install the mpeg2 codec into your system....i would suspect that it encoded to mpeg2 because that ability is built into tmpgenc, but your "system" does not have the capability to handle or play mpeg2 without the necessary codec installed

  5. Where can I get a mpeg2 codec? If it's on this site, I have no idea which one it is.

    You can also get the MPEG-2 Codec by installing a Software DVD Player like PowerDVD or WinDVD.

    Also, make sure your 30-Day Period for MPEG-2 Encoding in TMPGEnc has not expired. =|
