......and I have no idea why.

Using the following
Clan DVD then....
DVD2AVI v1.76 then....
TMPGEenc v12i

Now never had any problems before and all my VCDs are fine but I had to reinstall my pc and these same programmes were loaded back on but now when i create the VCD the sound and pictures are out of sequence. Mouths move first then comes the sound approx 1 sec delay. Have I missed something when I reinstalled the programmes? Totally got me stumped so any help would be appreciated.
