My Pioneer plays DVD's and VCD's just fine. It plays SVCD's fine too, but when I stop the disc and try to resume, it goes back to the beginning of the disc. Is this just a "feature" of SVCD's in general or this model of DVD player in particular. And, if it's the player, can someone tell me which make of player doesn't do this? The DVD compatibility section doesn't go into that much detail.
Thanks in advance,
Mike

More than 30 people have read this and none have responded?? If you read this, please at least let me know if you have seen this kind of "problem" or let me know what brand of DVD player you have that plays SVCD's and lets you stop and resume where you left off. (And, yes, I'm only pressing the Stop button once.)

Must be the player cause on all three of mine it resumes where it left off. Has any one else got the same player ?.
