bought some fujifilm dvd+r's are best buy. PURE SHIT. they lock up my nd 100a at 1%. took em back.

Sorry to hear about you problem. Did you happen to get the DVD ID# off the disks before you returned them? I've burned over 50 Fujifilm DVD+R disks will zero problems. The disks had DVD ID# RICOHJPNR00. If yours were different, then maybe they switched vender.
Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........ -
Really, I've got the same burner and have burned over 20 videos/data on the Fuji discs with no porbs. Maybe you got a bad batch.

they switched vendors. This batch is made in taiwan. That's why i did not buy them. The previous ones were great and made in japan.

Your bad Fujifilm DVD+RWs might be of the same batch as the bad Sony DVD+RWs (they're made by the same manufacturer).
