Playback Problem...possible media problem?

I have been using Accu 4x's for the past month and have not have one problem with them in any DVD Player. Now it seems to be they're hit or miss in some DVD players. For example, my Sony would play one disc but not another. All created the same way, etc. Could this be a media problem or is there a possibility that I am doing something else wrong. Its not like the same DVD will not play again as I noticed in some other posts. This is just a hit or miss problem I just started having. Any help would be appreciated.

Possible media problem? Naw, more like, definite media problem.

I have 25 Bealls coming today. I will try it out on them, I just can't understand why the media is so hit or miss. I would have figured it either would have worked or not worked in a DVD player.
