  1. Uh.. does anyone know how to improve screenshot capture with All In Wonder Pro 9700? I can screenshot capture fine but I notice that these screenshots aren't as sharp and crisp as I would like. There kind of too soft and blurry for my taste.
When you capture a movie clip, you can use Video Soap to sharpen up the images to your liking but anyone know how to improve screenshot capture to have better image quality?

    What is your source?

Realize screen caps are not EVER going to be photo quality unless the source was DVD, but even then, that's a crap image in the world of photography.

It only SEEMS to look better when in motion, because its 30 images per second, so you don't have enough time to see all the imperfections.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.

  3. My source would be video composite. I just find it disappointing that all the screenshots aren't very sharp and crisp.

Yeah, that's another reason to support HDTV and BluRay (as well as a new video format to succeed MPEG). These images are digital, and should be about 1.3 megapix, but even then, not necessarily perfect. You can still get motion blur, as you would with a photo using slow shutter speeds.

  5. Try applying deinterlace filter. It will improve it but if your source is not clear then your snapshot will not be much clearer either.

The deinterlace filter I normally apply in photoshop clears up the noise.

    Hope this helps
