  1. I want to change an Xvid encoded movie into SVCD
I got the audio into .wav with virtual dub perfectly fine
I selected the video and audio in TMPGenc and didnt get any error messages
I selected SuperVideoCDNTSCFilm 23.976fps becasue that is what I want it to be
I set TMPGenc to highest quality (slowest)
I set the video arrange method to Full Screen (keep aspect ratio)
When i hit start, this happens

    PLease Help

I guess the image doesnt work
    Ill just say it
    The error message is:
You are trying to create an Mpeg-2 file
To playback a mpeg-2 file dvd player software needs to be installed on your system
Mpeg-2 files cannot be played back without such playback software

  2. The message is just telling you that you need an mpeg2 player (i.e. WinDVD) to be able to play back the file. You should be able to click OK and carry on encoding without difficulty.
