How can I have a delay of about 1s with vcd mpeg (ffmpeg) and mp2 audio?
Or
How can I make the mpeg (ffmpeg) fit with mp2 (VCD)?

It works and it works very well. Occasionally I have some difficulties when splitting and burning were it doesn't stay in sync, but for the most part I'm very happy with the feature.
