new upgrade dont work

Everything was fine unitl i upgraded bout 1 hour ago to version 1270.30051...Now it hangs on multiplexing...whats strange too is that it just keeps wanting to update itself when autoupdate is installed...everytime i execute the proggy it says theres an update availiable all the time, yet the resulting update is stikll the same version i had prior to update.....anyone else having these problems?

think this is my problem.. the free version gave me errors on this file too...

The file is not a compliant mpeg. use AViCodec to analyse it (it will probably give you an error) or use dvdlab: import it & it will tell you more about why it is invalid.
