  1. It's just 4mb to large and Nero or Alcohol 120% wont burn it. Can I do anything about this? It's already is bin/cue format and it's a SVCD.

In fact, the capacity of an 80 min. CD in (S)VCD format is 800 MB. so you should have plenty of room to spare. I think you've got some other problem.

  3. Try extracting the mpeg from the bin using vcdgear and reauthoring.

Oops, yeah you're right. I was looking at the little bar on the bottum; but yeah, the actual mpeg2 file is over 800MB.

By how much? If you can enable overburn (does nero do that?) you should be able to get a few extra MB's.

  6. Nero is capable of overburning with compatible drives.

  7. It's 837MB... I'm not sure if Nero has overburn, but 37mb is probably to much anyway.

Reauthor? How? TMPGEnc won't let me open the mpeg I extracted using vcdgear.

  9. No you would not overburn it that much. I would suggest extracting the mpeg from the bin then splitting it in half and burning it on 2 discs.

  10. Alright, I'm overburning it. Will see what happens.

I would if TMPGEnc would let me. What other programs can do it?

  12. Could be that you do not have an mpeg2 codec installed, so TMPGEnc can not open your mpeg2 file. Try installing the trial version of powerDVD(this will install an mpeg2 codec) and then see if it will open.

  13. It seems to have worked.... Nero said it was only 804MB while burning...

    Thanks

I have PowerDVD, the full version... TMPGEnc just wasn't happy for some reason.

In Nero click on file, preferences, expert features and tick enable overburn. Check that your CDRW drive supports overburning first.
